Bottle & Crumb started as a weekend habit: a pot of coffee brewed the night before, a loaf of sourdough proofing quietly on the counter, and a table set for people who wanted their mornings to feel a little less rushed. That habit turned into a small-batch shop, and the philosophy never changed.
We keep things simple — coffee, milk, flour, water, salt, and time. No shortcuts, no artificial anything, and no batch bigger than what we can actually make well. Every bottle is brewed overnight. Every loaf begins with a living starter and a patient 24-hour ferment.
